We do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered safely and quickly to your home. On this page, you’ll find information about shipping costs, delivery times, and the countries we ship to.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. You can easily view these costs by adding items to your cart and entering your delivery address during checkout.
We do not charge extra for packaging materials, administration, or handling.
For orders above a certain amount, shipping is free. This threshold varies by country:
- Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €50
- Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €50
- Germany: Free shipping on orders over €75
- Rest of Europe: Free shipping on orders over €100
- Outside Europe: Currently, we do not offer free shipping for orders outside Europe.
Pick up
You can also pick up your order from us, but only by appointment. After placing your order, please contact us to schedule a pickup time.
Delivery times
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible:
- In-stock products: Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.
- Out-of-stock products: For products that are not in stock, delivery may take a few extra business days.
The exact delivery time depends on your shipping address and product availability. In most cases, you will receive your order within a few business days.
Countries we deliver to
We ship to almost all countries.* During checkout, you can select your desired country. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will check if shipping is possible.
* Due to export restrictions, we do not ship to Russia.
ℹ️ Important: For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs such as import duties or local taxes may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and beyond our control.
